I don’t often take the time to write reviews but Shanon Stanfield deserves a public shout out. My family was in a vulnerable situation when we had a purchase agreement broken by our landlord. We talked to several real estate lawyers who weren’t interested in helping us or didn’t think we had a claim to title. We were facing eviction and feeling powerless. Then we found Shanon and he gave us confidence that something could be negotiated. He listened to us and explained our options, accurately predicted the outcome and kept us from making some big mistakes. Wish we had met him sooner. Shanon helped us make the best of a bad situation. We were able to negotiate and got what we needed from the other party without a lawsuit. Could not recommend him more.

Shanon Stanfield with Amini & Conant was an absolute lifesaver for our family. When we encountered a seller’s breach-of-contract when purchasing our first home Shanon was recommended to us by-name to assist with navigating the legal morass. He recommended we pursue mediation in lieu of litigation and, thanks to his guidance and coordination, we were able to close on our first home after four months of uncertainty. Shanon was very responsive and professional; not only did he assist our family with our breach-of-contract issue, he facilitated discussions between the various parties on the seller’s side to help lead us to the desired outcome without incurring undue legal costs or becoming bogged down in the court system. Given how stressful home buying is without encountering legal trouble, we were very grateful for Shanon’s quick thinking and open communication during the process. Shanon Stanfield and Amini & Conant have earned our trust and will continue to be our preferred legal team in the future.

To start off, we are extremely grateful we reached out to Shanon Stanfield. Despite our difficult business litigation case with a lack of legal agreements, he made us feel every penny we dropped into our case was wholeheartedly worth it. Every action and meeting showed us that he was really trying to help us to his fullest and to not waste any of our time. In the end, our case was an overall success mediation and all of it can be credited to his efforts. He made us feel like our opinions were valued and fought for them instead of just taking money. He made sure the case closed as swiftly as possible with success, not failing to make sure each detail and opinion was integrated and wrapped up. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Shanon Stanfield during a stressful time. He made it much easier going through our first ever litigation process which involved the sellers of our home not being transparent in their disclosures when we were buying.
Shanon was extremely patient and had a really good sense of when to give advice, and when to listen and let us have autonomy. He was very informative and transparent about all of the steps we needed to take, and he made having “the hard conversations” about risk, costs, and losses easier. In the end we ended up settling and avoiding court which was a great time-saver.
I recommend Shanon and his team to anyone looking for a confident and skilled legal team that provides results.

Very professional and knowledgeable firm! Shanon helped resolve a dispute quickly and efficiently and with the best outcome possible. No one ever wants to be in a legal dispute, but if something does arise, it is good to know you have an amazing team dedicated to your success on your side. I would highly recommend them!
